About Us
DN Lifestyle Group is a growing multidimensional lifestyle brand based in Aalo, Arunachal Pradesh.
We develop and operate businesses that bring comfort, wellness, fitness and modern retail accessibility to the region. Our presence spans, each created with intention, design and community value.
We are driven by a simple belief: everyday living should feel good.
From curated shopping experiences to peaceful stays, from strength and discipline in the gym to slow-life wellness in nature — DN Lifestyle Group continues expanding into spaces that support lifestyle, culture and wellbeing.

Reter Ngomdir — Owner of Miniso Aalo
Reter leads Miniso Aalo with a vision of bringing global-standard lifestyle shopping into local reach, stylish, affordable and joyfully accessible to every customer.
Alongside retail, she heads MS HotelMinta&Construction and MS Minta Bar, ensuring smooth operations and consistent experience across multiple business fronts.
With a natural eye for detail, she is deeply passionate about cleanliness, greenery and thoughtful presentation — often found nurturing plants, designing spaces and making sure every corner is done right.
Her leadership blends care, precision and everyday beauty — shaping environments that feel fresh, welcoming and thoughtfully run.

Er. Modak Ngomdir Managing Director of DN Lifestyle Group
Retired Chief Engineer, Er. Modak Ngomdir is the guiding mind behind our growth — the brain that shaped the foundation upon which the DN Lifestyle ecosystem stands today.
With decades of experience in structural development and planning, he now mentors us with clarity, discipline and long-term vision, influencing every decision and direction we take as a group.
Beyond leadership, he carries a grounded and joyful personal life — with a love for fishing, regular evenings of badminton, and camping trips whenever time allows.
His balance of technical wisdom and nature-bound simplicity keeps us steady, focused and rooted.

Dakji Ngomdir — Head of The Aalo Gym, The Rooftop Bar, Minta Hotel, MS 4D Construction & Legacy MMA
Dakji leads multiple verticals within DN Lifestyle Group with a balance of structure and creativity, shaping spaces that feel energetic, community-oriented and alive. He is also the Founder of MS 4D Construction, our bigger division of infrastructure and development.
Beyond business, he is an active Federal Member of the All Arunachal Student Union, reflecting his engagement with youth representation, public issues and regional development.
His growing interest in politics aligns naturally with his leadership approach — rooted in participation, responsibility and the desire to build opportunities for Aalo and Arunachal at large.

Dagi Ngomdir — Head of Oasis Abode Airbnb & Orange Wellness Retreat
Dagi brings softness, detail and emotional warmth into every space she curates — shaping environments designed for rest, reflection and slow living.
As the driving force behind Oasis Abode Airbnb and our upcoming Orange Wellness Retreat, she creates stays and experiences where people can unwind, breathe deeper and feel quietly at home.
Beyond hospitality and wellness, she holds a diverse creative and professional identity — an actor with films featured on Netflix and award-winning platforms, as well as a practising lawyer, balancing artistic expression with legal discipline.
Her approach blends sensitivity with strong judgment, allowing her to build spaces — and stories — with both heart and structure.
Dagi’s work continues to reflect care, intention and depth, inviting guests not just to arrive, but to feel.
DN Lifestyle Group is not built on expansion in every direction; it is built on depth — the depth of one place, one soil, one pulse called Aalo. Our journey began with a belief that a city does not wait for development to arrive. A city becomes its own development when its people decide to create what they once left to search for. Instead of scattering businesses across distant grids, we chose to weave them tightly together like threads of a single fabric—retail that brightens routine, hospitality that welcomes strangers as family, fitness that builds discipline, rooftops that gather laughter, wellness that restores breath, Airbnbs that feel like borrowed homes, and an MMA future that trains grit. Every venture is different, yet everything shares the same heartbeat.
We are not diversifying outward. We are growing inward — strengthening a centre that stands firm. Aalo is not a market to us. Aalo is origin, responsibility, identity. We want to shape a town where people don’t need to leave in order to live well; where a traveller arrives for one night but stays for three; where fitness is everyday language, not an exception; where nature is refuge, not resource; where culture breathes, business supports, and progress feels like belonging rather than escape.
What makes us unique is not the number of businesses we run, but how they hold each other up. A guest may check into Minta Hotel, find themselves exploring Miniso Aalo, share an evening at the rooftop, wake up early for The Aalo Gym, return months later to Oasis Abode for a slower stay, and eventually retreat into Orange Wellness for renewal. This is not cross-selling. This is completion, pieces of a lifestyle that form a whole. Our businesses do not compete. They complete.
Sustainability for us is not a department or a certificate, it is inheritance. We are building on the same ground we will age on, so every decision must honour tomorrow, not just today. We’re committed to building gently, valuing local over distant factories, encouraging slow tourism, reducing waste, and allowing nature to remain louder than concrete. Our growth is not measured by speed but by integrity. It’s modernity rooted without uprooting.
DN Lifestyle Group is not just a brand; it is a living ecosystem created by one land, one family, one vision. Aalo is our starting point and our lifelong canvas. If we elevate the city even slightly, its experience, its comfort, its confidence, then our purpose is fulfilled. Everything we build is a return gift to where we began, and everything yet to come is a promise we intend to keep.
